Christmas events in Treviso.
In Treviso this year we await a Christmas rich in shows, concerts, markets, and more. The shining Loggia dei Cavalieri hosts the Santa's House. By popular demand, the “Christmas Village” returns to Piazza Rinaldi, enhanced by music and events.
Piazza dei Signori is the hub of entertainment, thanks to shows for the whole family. Don’t forget the “Treviso Christmas Run” on December 13, starting right from the square, as well as the lively New Year's Eve party hosted by Radio Company. From here also departs the Christmas electric train “Green Christmas” that tours the city on a magical route through the streets and squares.
Treviso on Ice also returns, the ice skating rink in Piazza Borsa. Even fans of craft markets will not be disappointed: the Mercatini RICreazione, Arti&Bio, Mammart and the Antique Market of Borgo Cavour, and finally the traditional Epiphany Fair.
The Via dei Presepi celebrates beauty and creativity with a widespread itinerary of handcrafted nativity scenes set up in the main churches of Treviso. There are many cultural initiatives, including guided tours “Treviso city of art and waters” (December 6, 13, 20, 27; January 3 and 10, at 3:30 PM). The civic museums instead offer various workshops for families and thematic tours.
