What Friday night would be without the Raclette Aperitif at PER Bottega&Cheese Bar?
The appointment with taste is every Friday from 6 p.m. to taste the typical Swiss cheese dish, heated with the heat of a heating element, scraped with a knife and placed on the serving plate.
You can choose between the ‘Social Club’ raclette menu, which centres on five courses to share, and individual dishes: potato rösti with raclette and crispy bacon, as well as an LGBT roll with mortadella, mustard and raclette. Want to be in company but not crazy about raclette? You can always choose from the à la carte menu of the PER Bottega&Cheese Bar!
