What Friday night would be without the Raclette Aperitif at PER Bottega&Cheese Bar?
The appointment with taste is every Friday from 6 p.m. to taste the typical Swiss cheese dish, heated with the heat of a heating element, scraped with a knife and placed on the serving plate.
You will be able to choose between your favourite sandwich, where the protagonist is Raclette Superbe string cheese browned and served on soft bread with sesame seeds and mustard seeds, accompanied by a different sausage every week; and the raclette pan, again with Raclette Superbe string cheese browned and served on spiced new potatoes with a secret recipe.
