Tasting in the bowels of Colle San Gallo

Venture 200 metres below the top of Colle San Gallo, where the temperature never gets higher than 14°C. The owner of the winery will tell you what makes Tenuta San Gallo’s wines unique. You’ll get to know the wines and the people that make them, personally selecting the grapes and using everything from the Charmat and Traditional methods to the most adventurous hybrid approaches! You might even feel cold in the summer during this experience, but you can wrap yourself in a traditional woollen loden cloak to warm up.
