San Salvatore Castle is hosting the 22nd edition of “Books in the Cellar,” one of the leading book fairs dedicated to small and medium-sized independent Italian publishers. For the occasion, numerous publishers will arrive from all over the country to showcase their latest literary releases as part of a rich program of activities taking place throughout the area. The event will take place in prestigious venues such as the Municipal Library, City Hall, the Collalto Winery, and the splendid San Salvatore Castle—a site normally closed to the public.
The event’s packed schedule will feature a mix of book presentations, author meet-and-greets, readings, performances, musical entertainment, exhibitions, and excursions, not to mention creative workshops designed for children and visitors of all ages. The central theme of this edition will be encapsulated by the concept of “IN,” standing for Natural Intelligences: a reflection on the value of talent, creativity, and human intuition—qualities capable of resisting the dominance of algorithms.
