In the Prosecco Superiore Hills, there’s a museum where you can learn about and experience the cultural revolution that’s taken place over the last five centuries.
It’s known as the Tipoteca and it’s a type and printing museum. Located inside an old hemp factory, it allows visitors to get a close look at presses and printing tools of all kinds. It’s a real treasure trove, with more than a thousand sets of copper and alloy matrices, and wood and lead type pieces stored in small wall units. Thanks to the constantly refreshed exhibition and the packed schedule of innovative workshops and events, it now attracts artists and designers from all over the world.
