We’re in Veneto: the land of Prosecco, Palladio and Italian culture and art. No fewer than five UNESCO World Heritage Sites are dotted throughout the region: magical Venice and its Lagoon, the stunning Dolomites, Vicenza and Andrea Palladio’s masterpieces, the botanical garden in Padua and the city of Verona with its Arena amphitheatre. It’s a heavenly place in the great outdoors with something for everyone. The Prosecco Superiore Hills were recently declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. As well as great food and wine, they’re home to a rolling, winding landscape that’s waiting to be discovered and explored.
