The unique and original Enoteca Castrum di Serravalle is the wine shop of the Circolo Amici del Castrum, located in the ancient Sala di Guardia at the entrance to the Castrum, the magnificent castle-fortress in the heart of Serravalle's historical centre, where the soldiers of the Republic of Venice controlled access and the drawbridge for five centuries.

Here you will embark on a true journey back in time, where you can enjoy a unique experience with the Enoteca's aperitif: a selected choice of wines, perfect for your aperitif, will make your time at the Castrum a composite experience of flavours thanks to a tantalizing assortment of savoury pastries and unparalleled platters of cold cuts, cheeses and selected vegetables. In addition, new and traditional cocktails are served in creative pairings in a cosy and timeless atmosphere to delight all the senses.

The Enoteca is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 17:00 to 23:00.
