Opera always manages to convey unique and indescribable emotions: this is how, to celebrate the 1,600th anniversary of the founding of Venice, Lesagome Organizzazione e Produzione Teatrale - in collaboration with Coro Città di Piazzola sul Brenta and Venice Chamber Orchestra - decided to pay homage to the lagoon city.

In this song of love and death, Venice is the true protagonist, with its frailties and sorrows, the passions and enthusiasms of a woman who once again finds the courage to stand up and continue to look to her eternity.
