The largest Christmas tree in Italy and much more...in one of the oldest castles in Europe
Christmas in one of the oldest castles in Europe set in the heart of the Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills, UNESCO heritage.
From 3rd December to 8th January in CastelBrando, the Teatro Tenda and the adjacent Church of San Martino will come alive with painting and sculpture exhibitions, local craft cribs, workshops and attractions for children. Making Christmas truly unique is the traditional Crib of the Hills.
Making the atmosphere magical is the largest living Christmas tree in Italy, an Atlas cedar tree over 200 years old and more than 33 metres tall. Heroic professional climbers were called in to decorate it!
During Christmas in the Castle there will be the opportunity to get to know the entire historic residence thanks to guided tours, also in the evening, in the magical Christmas atmosphere of the Castle.
Cison di Valmarino will be enlivened by "Stelle a Natale" over the weekends from 3rd to 11th December, an event that offers an opportunity to visit one of Italy's most beautiful villages.
